WW Oatmeal Pancakes

WW Oatmeal (pick your favorite)
1/2 c egg whites

Mix together with a hand mixer, spray a small skillet with non-stick cooking spray.  Cook like making pancakes.  Makes 1 large pancake or several small ones.  Top with fruit or sugar-free pancake syrup.  Can also add fruit (apples, blueberries, peaches etc) to the batter before cooking.  4 PointsPlus values & all power foods.  One serving

WW Oatmeal Dessert

Spray a glass pie plate with non-stick spray.  Cover bottom with apple slices or chunks.  Cover with one container of WW Oatmeal and extra cinnamon.  Add just enought diet lemon-lime soda to cover & wet the oatmeal.  Bake at 350 about 25 minutes or until bubbly and hot.  3 PointsPlus value.  1 serving

The Harvest Berries & Cream oatmeal is especially good with any or a combination of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, apricots, peaches, plums etc.  I change the spices depending on the fruit I use.  (Nutmeg, Ginger, Cloves, Lemon zest, all spice).  This is actually a very good breakfast served with 1/2 c. plain greek yogurt flavored with a favorite extract & Splenda.  (adds 1 PointsPlus to value).  I like to experiment with various fruits and spices along with flavored olive oils (again this adds 1 PointsPlus value).  Have a really nice 5 PointsPlus breakfast.
