Recipe and Love Letter from February 14 Weekly

If you didn't receive the weekly that was originally destined for use the week of Valentine's Day, here is the recipe from that weekly - it's a great accompaniment to the soup that was in the Fitbreak-themed weekly.  Enjoy!  Then please proceed to the written exercise that was the centerpiece of that same weekly (below the recipe)...


In the aftermath of Valentine's Day's challenges, both bested and succumbed to, here is my challenge to you: Print out and complete the Love Letter to Yourself that you see below.  This is the perfect time to remind ourselves of all of our excellent qualities (actually, any day is the perfect day to do this!  We don't do so nearly often enough...).
